• Account Information: We store your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture provided by Google Sign-In.
• Item Data: Images, descriptions, and details of items you choose to list on the platform. Images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.
• Transaction Data: Records of items you have borrowed or lent, including dates and status ("Item Requests").
• Communication Data: Chat messages sent between users to coordinate item sharing.
• Community Data: Which communities you are a member of.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Facilitate the lending and borrowing process between users.
• Verify your identity to other community members to build trust.
• Send email or push notifications regarding your item requests or approvals.
• Maintain the safety and security of the platform.
• We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

• Google Identity Services: For secure authentication.
• Cloudflare R2: For storing item images and user uploads securely.
• Cloudflare Tunnel: For secure network routing.
• Google Cloud Platform: For backend infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. You can delete your account at any time via the profile settings, which will remove your personal data from our active systems.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to ask for your data to be corrected or deleted. You may also opt-out of email notifications.
